VEG NACHOS

Veggie loaded nachos topped with refried black beans, bell pepper fajita, and loads of guacamole. This is just a perfect and healthy way to enjoy Mexican food.

Nachos

Nachos are corn tortilla chips, served with heated melted butter. Beside a wonderful appetizer, they are also served as a main paired with refried beans, fajitas and salsa/guacamol.

For variations, you can make chipotle nachos, or nachos topped with any of your favorite veg/meat toppings. Sometimes, I even make nachos with cheese and jalapeños only. It is the best ever easy and delicious Mexican dish to enjoy on lazy weekends or whenever you want.
